really? you really came?

well, then, let's work with that.
i'm not really marrying a rock star. i would never marry for money. check out erin's post for some clarification.
but this could be fun. perhaps we could walk down this path. let's find ourselves some "rock stars." let me know what you think. maybe one is 'the one.'

for those who are still struggling... this is in no way meant to be taken seriously. it's just funny.

friday morning.

well, it turns out mickael is french. who knew? i can't possibly marry a french guy... i don't want to live in france. besides, he doesn't even know who doris day is. it'd never work out. i may need some help with finding a "rock star". any suggestions are welcome.

in the meantime, i have been preparing myself. yesterday, i went out and bought a new beat-up cowboy hat and those really big snow boots. i think they're ghastly, but that's what i'm supposed to wear, right? i still need to get some short skirts to wear with my new shoes and hat, but at least it's a start. all i know is that i have to start spending way more money on ripped, dirty old clothes than i have been. what have i been thinking all these years, buying nice clothes. those won't get me anywhere.

"WOW, it was great to see some of these European climbing machines in action Felt some of them needed some lessons in showmanship, i mean climbing effortlessly then falling of without even pulling a face I suppose this represents a certain level of professionalism in our sport. My reaction was that these kids were in their element pumped. Stick any Scottish 5m stamina man on a wall like that i'd we'd be showning the pain However did like the lad with the yellow trousers (Mickael Fuselier), he had a big smile on his face the entire way up the route, his first final "

tuesday morning.

well, it turns out that arlo is married with eight kids and thinks doris day movies are a waste of time. it'll never work out.

i'm thinking of getting a little dog. don't all rock star wives have little dogs that look like scary cats? i just can't think of a good name. i think i need a name first. it wouldn't be fair to the rat, er, dog, to not be welcomed with a name. plus, i need to get one of those dog bags. no, not the leftover food bags (those are doggie bags, silly), but those really big purses that just hold dogs. you know, completely unnecessary, but pink. and necessary.

Arlo Weil?

Arlo Weil is fascinated by big questions: how and why do rocks deform, and in what did that deformation occur? Since joining the faculty of Bryn Mawr’s Geology Department as an assistant professor last fall, he has continued to pursue the answers and share his observations with his students. Read more...
